Good product, excellent service

Hats off to Pergear for excellent service. You understood my need for a secure mailing address and actively followed up with fast information to ensure I could use a mailing address that worked for me. The item arrived earlier than I expected while other items ordered earlier from other sellers have still not arrived. Inclusion of a complimentary cleaning cloth from seller a nice touch.
The gimbal is great value if you are just looking for something for your GoPro. This ‘ plus’ update can accomodate the camera fitted with the media mod. Mostly easy setup, though connecting the camera to the gimbal took a few goes. Look for the short YouTube demonstration on connecting and it is much easier. Great that you can switch modes, take pictures and start recording using the buttons on the hand grip (GoPros only). All other modes and functions work well once camera is properly balanced…not as complicated as it sounds.
