Items shipped from pergear.com can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. Only items that have been purchased directly from pergear.com can be returned to Pergear store. pergear.com may test items that are returned because they didn't start when they arrived and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. We do not refund the original shipping fees, however.
All product packaging and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the product. Any product(s) returned without original documentation will be rejected. Any product(s) that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
Any returned product that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

All warranties begin from the date the product is purchased. If a product and accessories develop a fault during the warranty and the fault are due to a quality issue rather than your own breakage or misuse then Pergear will repair, replace or refund your product at its own discretion. Defective items MUST BE reported and returned to us within the warranty period (and in the original packaging, if possible). You must tell us what the defect is provided with pictures and videos. Shipping charges may apply, depending on the location. Pergear does not warrant against normal wear and tear, nor damage caused by accident or abuse. To fix such issues will be charged extra service fees. Pergear assumes no liability for any accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use of this product. You should afford the shipping fee of returning the product to us, and we offer free shipping of your replacement or exchange product.
In some circumstances, we charge a restocking fee when a buyer returns an item.
A restocking fee is a percentage of the item's price, depending on the type of item and its condition upon return. (Item price does not include shipping costs.)
